These roles are available through Direct recruitment or deputation (including short-term contracts) at AIIMS Bibinagar, Hyderabad Metropolitan Region (HMR), Telangana.

Essential Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

For Medical Candidates:

1. Essential Qualifications:

• A medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. (Those with qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule must also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act.)
• A postgraduate qualification, e.g., MD/MS or a recognized equivalent qualification in the respective discipline/subject.
• AND/OR
• M.Ch for surgical super-specialities and DM for medical super-specialities (2 years, 3 years, 5 years, or 6 years recognized course) or equivalent.

1. Experience:

• Fourteen years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the specialty after obtaining the MD/MS or equivalent qualification.
• ( OR )
• Twelve years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the specialty after obtaining the M.Ch/DM (2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) or equivalent.
• (OR)
• Eleven years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the specialty for candidates with a 3 years or 6 years recognized DM/M.Ch degree or equivalent.

For Non-Medical Candidates:

1. Essential Qualifications:
   • A postgraduate qualification, e.g., master’s degree in the discipline/allied subject.
   • A Doctorate degree from a recognized university in the concerned discipline.
2. Experience:
   • Fourteen years of teaching and/or research experience in the discipline/subject after obtaining the Doctorate degree.

Please note:

3. Rosters follow the Dr. Nitin M Nagarkar Report from July 14, 2021.
4. 4% of vacancies are reserved for PWD candidates as per RPWD Act, 2016.
5. EWS reservation follows Government of India guidelines (OM dated January 19 & 31, 2019).
6. The cut-off date for age, qualifications, and experience is 30 days from the advertisement’s publication.
7. Experience is counted after obtaining prescribed qualifications.
8. SC/ST candidates may receive a one-year relaxation in teaching/research experience as per DoPT and AIIMS guidelines.
